Service Designer

Base: Will be determined on appointment (will be one of our Careers centres which are in each local authority area in Wales).
Hours of Work: Full time (37 hours a week)

We're looking for an experienced Service Designer to help shape and improve services that support the wellbeing and future opportunities of people across Wales. Working at the heart of our transformation agenda, you'll use user insight, evidence and service design methods to create seamless, inclusive and bilingual services that meet both user needs and organisational objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic and operational change across services, systems and ways of working. Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll design end-to-end service journeys, influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement to ensure our services remain accessible, effective and focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for customers.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree or have equivalent professional experience in service design, digital design, user-centred design or a related discipline. They will also be able to evidence continuing professional development in service design methods and practice.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
